Konto löschen

Google Play schreibt vor, dass sich das Konto auch außerhalb der App löschen lässt. In der App geht das unter Profil → Konto löschen.

In der App

1. Monti & me öffnen
2. Profil öffnen
3. „Konto löschen“ wählen und bestätigen

Damit werden das Konto, der Lernstand in der Cloud und die Lektionen auf diesem Gerät gelöscht. Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen.

Per E-Mail

Wenn Sie die App nicht mehr öffnen können, schreiben Sie von der E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kontos an hello@monti-and-me.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“.

Wir löschen das Konto und die zugehörigen Cloud-Daten. Angaben, die wir aus rechtlichen Gründen kurz aufbewahren müssen (zum Beispiel die Löschanfrage selbst), bleiben nur so lange, wie das nötig ist.

Delete your account

Google Play requires a way to delete the account outside the app. In the app, use Profile → Delete account.

In the app

1. Open Monti & me
2. Open Profile
3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm

This removes the account, the cloud save, and the lessons on that device. It cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write from the email address on the account to hello@monti-and-me.com with the subject “Delete account”.

We then delete the account and the cloud data linked to it. Records we must keep for a legal reason (for example the deletion request itself) are kept only as long as that reason requires.
